what am i supposed to judge people on?

If i can't judge on race, religion, sexual orientation, looks or profession what am i supposed to judge people on?
How long is it til they come up with personality discrimination?
 
You shouldn't judge anyone at all. Besides, to judge someone on those principles is not against the law and not discrimination. If they refuse them services based on those, that is illegal.
 
Its easy to say we shouldn't judge people at all but does that mean we just accept any kind of behaviour? what about paedophilia, wife beating, violence and hate crime?

How about we judge people on their behaviour but always allow the possibility of change.
 
Judge them on performance. How well do they keep their word? How well do they take responsibility for their mistakes, and how dependable/reliable are they? Skin color, sexual orientation, religion and looks are separate from those qualities. They just plain are.
