What am I supposed to hook the "Antenna Power +" wire to when wiring my car stereo?

I am installing an Insignia car stereo, its just a cheap stereo. I am installing it in a 2000 toyota solara. I have the stereo all hooked up but the speakers aren't wanting to work. I can get them to work when the car is off and the key is in the ignition, but with the car not running. I have to touch the Antenna power wire from the new stereo to the dimmer wire of the old stereo to get the speakers to work. They will not work when the car is running. Does anyone know what I need to hook the antenna power wire up to to get my stereo to stay on? (I may have one of my speaker wires hooked up in the wrong spot. Would this cause the rest of the speakers to not come on?)

The Power antenna wire is for vehicles that have an antenna that retracts into the body of the vehicle when not in use. When you turn the radio on it powers up the antenna and sends it out. I believe that you have the auxiliary power wire and the main power wire connected backwards I don't know the exact colors in your vehicle for the wires but try switching them. unless your car has an antenna that lowers don't worry about the antenna power wire.
