What "alternate endings" would you like to see?

Seriously or otherwise, what alternate endings would people like to see? On most DVRAB they show you an alternate ending if they filmed one, but if you had your way, which film ending(s) would you alter?

My choice would be Home Alone. Every time I see it, I'm praying that somehow the two burglars will catch Macauley Culkin and inflict pain upon him because I hate that kid so much! But sadly, they never filmed such a scene!

I think maybe I'd like to watch a film where the bad guys win for a change!

Any "romantic comedy" (e.g. sleepless in Seatle, You've got mail etc). make the ending where they don't get back together - ever! :)

I want Ennis to not marry Alma and run off with Jack instead and live happily ever after, would have made Brokeback Mountain a much shorter film, but I wouldn't have cried quite so much :o

Charlie and the chocolate factory......

The great glass elevator has a major malfunction and they all slam into the factorykilling them all.
Apart from Gene Wilder who loses his hearing in the crash and stumbles from the wreck and meets a blind Richard Pryor.....let the hilarity begin.

Batman Returns did this and, although I appauld them and liked the ending, the studio got into trouble and as a result we got Batman Forever and Batman & Robin.

Catwoman supposedly dies......Wayne finRAB a black cat while looking for said Catwoman.....drives away....Catwoman pops up (oooh look she's not dead)

Off the top of my head the only romantic films I can think of where it doesn't end happily ever after for the couple are:

Gone with the Wind (all the better for it Scarlett is a spoilt little madam who never deserved Rhett)
Forces of Nature (rubbish Ben Affleck/Sandra Bullock film that I like :o )
Untamed Heart
Titanic
Ghost
