What age do you have to be to drive a 250cc bike?

I have a full uk driving licence which i've held for over 2 years. I am interested in getting a bike and would like a aprilia rs 250. What tests do i have to take if it's even possible for me to get one?
 
if you haven't got a bike license then you have to start on a 125cc or smaller until you have your bike license then you can get a bigger bike
you'll have to do a CBT before you can ride on the road as a learner
