Hello there, I am 16 years old and want to drive. I already know how to drive, but my parents want me to get a license anyway just to be safe. I was born in England, but I lived in India for a year and I learned the ins and outs over there.
So basically, what I want to know is:
1.) What is the youngest age I can start to get my car license
2.) How long does it take? is it possible to do a short course which takes about a month or something?
