The Yamster has a unique system of communication when it comes to complaints. You must wrap your arms around your toilet bowl after flushing and holler into it and it goes directly to their headquarters. Because you're in Australia you will have to do this upside down or your words will come out backwards. Replies take a while so bring a magazine and get comfortable.

Me too I hate it !.. ( I use the American version of Yahoo), you can write them by going to the help page ( on the right top )...
