Terrorism Act 2000. section 41 Arrest without Warrent
now, that act and section allows police to arrest you with reasonable grounds for suspecting you are related to terrorism.
i am reading the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. it repeatedly says, "a person is guilty of an offence if..." but i cant find a section where it says a police constable may arrest without warrent a person who is suspected of being guilty of the offences.
does this mean that Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 is purely for presenting a case of prosecution?.. or can it be used at the point of arrest?
now, it would be helpful, if you could list the relevant acts, and what ones have "arrest without warrent" sections, and what ones dont <_<... thx...
