I have a SGT who is telling me I cannot do things in my legal right such as talking to the civilian help about my medical condition and who threatens me with medical discharge for my lupus. They threaten me with everything under the sun for going to sick call and tell me if I discuss anything I tell the civilian help about conversations about the above with negative counseling statements. What should I do, I am already scared because of my predicament with my medical condition but I feel lost. What should I do?
What action do i take if i have someone in my chain of command who is treating me unfair?
