in incredibly simple (in comparison) terms...an i.p address is a series of nurabers broadcasted by your internet. like *133.543.633.033* every user of the internet has one. They can track down paedophiles and suchlike with these. These nurabers are given to you by your ISP (internet service provider for example BT). You and your other account have the same I.P, as Stu would put it....*the evidence is DAMNING*
