What about dancing instead of running?

I bought this tape where you run 3 miles, and it's great, I break a sweat every time, but I am getting tired of it.
What about going to youtube.com, and playing all my favorite videos and dancing to them for like an hour? Would this be considered cardio?
 
it is actually better lots of hip movement make it better to trim around the waist but just to let u know boxing is the best it provide full body motion that trims and naturally builds muscle everywhere
