what a weird pregnancy?

Ok this is my 3rd pregnancy and my other 2 pregnancies felt the same. Let me explain. My stomach was round . I felt a lump on the right or left side. Now in this pregncy I feel 2 lumps one on the right and one on the left they feel the same as I rub it from the top to the bottom. People say îâ€*Å¡ probably twins but that doesn't run in my side of the fam but it runs on my fiancee's side just a different generation. I have to wait 3 more weeks for my ultra sound. Ugh I can't wait I need opinionsthanks gals
 
If you are also bigger than normal it could be twins but it is hard to say. I was convinced one of mine was twins because it felt like she had two heads and at least six legs but nope just one
