Wha would cause my brake light to come on 99 lexus rx 300?

I know its not the back brake lights
because I checked them and the brake fluid does not appear to be low( unless I am checking the wrong fluid)
 
I however cannot understand your question, but maybe its a shortage in the light. But im going to buy a 2000 RX300 can you tell me if theyre good? like do u like it?
