WET CELLPHONE PLEASE HELP!!!?

So about 5 hours ago I fell and what happened? My cellphone fell out of my pocket straight in to a puddle. I rushed inside and got it dry and ever since then it had been working perfect. I was so happy! Until it started glitching and showing signs of water damage about 5 minutes ago. What can I do to save my very expensive phone?!??!?! :( Thank you so much!!
 
the best thing to do is turn it off and take out the battery and leave battery cover off. dry off sim card and battery. If you can take it apart do that and take a hair drier and dry the inside out. Even after this you should let it set 2 or three days. If you don't get inside dry then it will start corroding. You should never use anything electrical when it is wet. Good luck
