I am trying to locate tenant rights information regarding pets. I live in a pet friendly building with 60% of the tentants owning dogs. However, the owner has refused my request to have a dog. If I moved in with one, it would have been allowed and if someone else moves in to the building w/ a dog, she would allow it. However, I can not get a dog now that I have moved in. I am on a year's lease.
I need to know what my rights are, if any. Thank you.
