Are there really 2 coasts for cartoon and voice over work - West Coast and East Coast in America and Canada?:

In America: The West Coasters (Rob Paulsen, Tom Kenny, Tress MacNeille, Nancy Cartwright, Jess Harnell, June Foray, Maurice LaMarche, others) do cartoon/voice over work in Hollywood/Los Angeles, California; the East Coasters (Mostly 4 Kids voices like Veronica Taylor, Eric Stuart, Maddie Blaustien, Rachel Lewis, and Amy Birmbaum, among others - including many Japanese anime voices!) do cartoon/voice over work in New York City, New York.

In Canada: The West Coasters (Gary Chalk, Sam Vincent, Kathleen Barr, Britt McKip, Ian James Colbert, others) do the cartoon/voice over work in Vancouver, British Columbia; the East Coasters (Sonja Ball, Cameron Ansell, Daniel Brochu, Arthur Holden, Rick Jones, Jane Woods, A.J. Henderson, Bruce Dinsmore, Walter Massey, others) do the cartoon/voice over work in Montreal, Quebec. Is there another Canadian cartoon/voice over workplace in Toronto, Ontario besides Vancouver and Montreal?

Yes, there really are.

Yep, a fair bit of voice acting goes on in Toronto. Mostly for Canadian shows though, I think. And as far as I know, not as much as in Montreal or Vancouver. Still, it's probably the third big area.
I wouldn't really call Montreal the East Coast though, that would be more the Maritimes, which hardly have any major voice acting stuff happening. Mostly cause of the thicker accents.

Are the Maritime thicker Canadian accents (for Montreal, Canada voice actors) sometimes French-Canadian language leaning or something like that?
