Were the penises on the whores in Hangover 2 real or CGI?

I've seen it a few weeks ago, for what i remembered it looked pretty real. Anyway if it's not, who cares?
I don't understand either why people would choose to live like this. But does it matter? no, I mean, as long as they are happy with who they are and it doesn't affect your life. Just accept it and live your life :)

I saw the Hangover Part II recently and I just can't figure out whether the penises on the prostitutes were real or computer-added. The whores looked and sounded like women but had penises. It's just not right. Does anybody know the whether or not those were real?
If they were real, I'm disturbed. If they were CGI, penises are still ugly.
