We're not allowed to bring electronic devices to camp, but I need music to fall asleep?

We are going to a winter camp with some of my church youth group, for three days and two nights. I have always had trouble sleeping anywhere, until I discovered that music puts me to sleep a lot faster. And yeah, I use headphones and very soft volume so it doesn't bother others. I usually toss and turn for at least three hours without music. At camp, I can sometimes do that all night, and come home lethargic.

The flyer said that if we bring electronic devices/weapons/unprescribed drugs, it will be a call home to pick us up.

Should I talk to my youth group leaders to ask if I can bring the mp3 player, or should I just keep my mouth shut and miss a lot of sleep at camp like I have every other time?
Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Practise sleeping without music before you go. Ween yourself off by listening to music not attached to your head.

This is an opportunity to retrain yourself. Who sleeps at camp anyway? Stay up and prank on the kids that do. When you're tired enough, you'll fall asleep.
