I just found this. The president of Brazil said it, link at bottom. It's pretty funny. I think he meant anglo or possibly scandanavian whites but it was curious. The president is white, his wife is blonde haired and blue eyed and half of Brazil identifies as white and a lot of Brazilians have blue eyes. Anyway, funny.
