Went to see the film "Red" today

So i went to see this film this afternoon which stars Bruce Willis,Morgan Freeman,John Malkovich,Helen Mirren,Brian Cox amongst others.

Willis plays a retired agent who comes out of retirement to find out who is trying to kill him.While teaming up with Freeman,Malkovich & Mirren.

Overall i thought it was a fun action film with a great cast.John Malkovich is good as the paranoid conspiracy theorist.
 
I enjoyed it 2,some funny moments,i loved when john malkovich pulls up the woman accusing her of being a spy hehe,the fight scene with bruce willis and the agent was good aswell.
 
I saw this a few weeks ago. Was looking forward to it, but it was just another in a long line of instantly forgettable, sanitised, child friendly, PG13 US action movies.

Had this been made 10 years ago, it would've probably been a good action film. Although I have to give it credit for being slightly less of a disappointment than The Expendables.
 
I actually enjoyed RED more than i did The Expendables.

Your right Rhodes666 the fight scene is good.The other scene i liked was when Bruce gets out the police car to shoot the agent in his car.It just the way the scene is in slow motion as Bruce gets out the police car as the police car swivels round.
 
Spot on! He was the star of the film though I also thought the girl was funny (and rather attractive;)) I havent enjoyed a film like this for quite a while. Highly reccommended if you have a few spare hours. Obviously leave your brain behind as this is a fun action film, with no involved plot, but that doesnt matter at all. Good to see Bruce still kicking ass:D
