I went for a run (with a pal) yesterday and we ran a few laps (walked in between ect.. played abit of footy after it, and then later on in the day, the tops of my legs where getting sore & later on in the night i could hardly walk. But i thought your muscles are ment to be sore the day after exercise? but mine started on the day (few hours after) does that mean i worked out hard? and i was ment to go for a run again tomoro, or will that be a bad idea? if so, when should i go again? cause i can't wait to go for another run.
oh, and when people say they are sore after exercise or muscles are sore, do they mean their muscles feel brusied ect? thanks
