...been 12 years and collecters ca? well its been over 12 years and i just recieved a letter from a collection agency named merchants crdit guide co stating that the amount of $943.33. i hav etried contacting my friend about it but no luck getting in contact with him. whats the statuate of limitation in the state of calofornia because i can not afford to pay for this out of my packet
