then walk for 20 to 25 minutes? in the evening, problem is I feel tired and lacking in energy even after exercising for so long( or am I feeling tired because of excessive exercising).I have read that 30 minutes of exercise every day is enough.

I am very thin and I am from India and at this time of the year it is very hot and humid here, where I am living more than hotness it is very humid here and after exercising in morning i perspire a lot (if that has bearing on my tiredness and way i feel) ,I do drink lots of water ,but still I feel tired and lacking in energy .what can be the reason for same and do I need to reduce my exercising time ?

Btw I am 27 year old.

In india the water isnt such a good idea to drink also if you drink it boil it and let it cool down in the fridge you should have daily intakes of vitamins atleast 500calcuim a day becuase your not giving time for your bones to recover so your practicaly breaking down your bones without restoring them which can lead to disablitys

Heat usually makes you feel tired, I've noticed. But, I'm not sure...
If you're already very thin, you don't need to exercise so much, but the exercise you're doing now is fine.

30 minutes is the minimum good daily exercise time. I workout 2 hours a day. Make sure you know how to stretch and warm up properly btw too. But it may be your diet. Are you eating healthy? And you may be getting too much, or not enough sleep.
