he cant sue you for shit. I've had this, sadly, happen to me. It isn't slanderous. they can claim character defamation or some bullshit, but it would never hold weight in court. Her profile was public, end of story. You both lose.
 
I've been in his situation before... with the whole parents thing. I made a picture of this girl with her face on a Walrus. Her mom went on saying how i was a demon child, and that i am wicked. I found it hilarious, she said i was lucky she didn't press charges. Honestly? What can they do?
 
The fact that her profile was public and available to anyone one facebook is enough to throw it out. Her "career" was not hurt. Nothing untrue was said. Bitch came over. Chev was drinking. Said gtfo. And boom.

When I got caught in my situation, the mother called me on the phone, I told her to frack off, she SWORE both her daughters were home all night (after my shit was vandalized). Well, that was a lie. And her mom just got her third DUI and is jobless and lives with her parents as a 50 year old. So frack that bitch and frack her white trash fracking daughter.
 
To make a long story short:

Made thread on whether to take said girl's virginity. She was myspace messaged about it. Shit hit fan. She was furious. Later that night Her sister, someone else, and her and her friend came over to my house and attempted to put water in my gas tank. My tank has a lock on it, so they decided to dump it all in my dad's tank. Not a big deal cause we got it out the next day, but took up an hour or two. Called cops. Didn't rat her out. Ended up arguing with her on the phone, drunk white trash mother (apple doesn't fall far from the tree) grabs phone and yelling match unfolRAB. I tell her to frack off and that I was going to frack her daughter and leave her. She "threatens" me with character defamation and shit. (She KNOWS what she's talking about because she used to answer phones at an attorney's office or something). Whatever. Need less to say, ended up fracking girl for close to 2 years, never going out with her and finding the current girlfriend who I very much like. :cool: Karma. It's a bitch.

and no it wasn't on sorab, it was a car forum. and I totally got neg stormed. I'm hated in those parts now. lol
