weirds things going on with the Mirena. any one eles going thur the same thing?

I had Mirena placed in June08. here recently i have been having A lot of problems some are cramping like crazy witch i have not had since i have been on it till now. ive been bleeding for around 3weeks now. and also have mucus clots with a little blood in it.and also the lower part of my stomach is getting bigger. could i be preg. again or had a miscarriage or what
