so, i have this breakout of little white bumps (like small whiteheads) on the inside of my mouth on my cheek. I am a little worried about oral cancer but i am 20 years old and rarely smoke, nor chew tobacco. It might be allergic reaction but i do not know if you can get an allergic reaction in your mouth. The white spots are like in a circular shape like the size of a penny. any ideas what this rash or little whitespots could be?
