Weird to straight up ask him if he likes me?

Yes, you should absolutely ask him what he feels. Some guys that are cool about things give girls the vibe that sometimes they like them and sometimes not. I have heard it from many girl-friends of mine. I am sure this guy likes you too.
 
There's this guy that I'm really into...Problem is, I'm really not sure if he feels the same. Sometimes I think he does, other times, not so much. Is it weird if I just went out and asked him if he has feelings for me? Would that just scare him off or make things awkward?
 
I was wondering the same thing. But I feel like the guy should make the first move.
