Even after my grandpa passed away about 4 months ago, why do I get these thoughts and dreams? PLEASE HELP.?
Help me with these two hings please.
1. Sometimes when I wake up in the morning, my first thought is "Yay! I'm going to go to my grandpa's house today and watch after him!" A couple of seconds go by, I realize he is dead, and I break down in tears.
2. For these past two weeks, I have had dreams, each of which had my grandfathers "ghost" in it. Yesterday, he talked to me in my dream, and at that moment I woke up screaming, all sweaty and dangled up in my sheets, and as I tried to open my eyes, I FELT LIKE 400 POUNDS WERE PUSHING DOWN ON MY CHEST, AND I COULDNT BREATHE. I was awake by then, and I felt a cold breeze go through my face, and felt energy, as in somebodies in the room. It stayed that way about for 1 minute, until I could breathe comfortably again, and no cold breeze.
