I have sleep apnea and one of the common things in people with sleep apnea is to have a long Uvula (dangly thing in the back of your throat) Well, ever since about 3 am last night it has literally been stuck in my mouth and I don't know what to do. I can open my mouth and actually see it kinda sitting there on the back of my tongue. It kinda hurts. DO I just wait it out or do I go to the DR's? I have VA medical and so I prefer to not go, they are annoying and a long drive away.
