Sometimes I am just about to fall asleep and I hear voices like yelling and it kind of creeps me out. Other times I dream of tripping and my leg shoots up and violently wakes me up. I also have premonitions in my dreams like I dreamed about a product before they advertised it. Are any of these things normal and if not whats wrong and what can I do about it?
