once when i play handball i can smack a ball hard and make a big sound out of it, but now for some reason when i put all my force and strength in it, it never have a hard sound just a small hit sound. I just remember using a product cuz my arm was sore and it hurted. It was some cream. Rx only Solaraze Gel Diclofenac Sodium 3%.
