weird thing about my testicles...?

recently, when i was showering, my scrotum became ultra droopy, and i tried to force my testicles upwards (without hands), and it worked. my scrotum stayed the same, but my testicles feak weak afterwards. can u do it? wat is it called?
 
No this is normall for males with low testerone. The testes want to be neglected so they are easily moveable towards the inner body, so they dont have a chance to work which may cause stress to the scrotum. They are probably tired for doing too much work, even being turned on can sometimes be a burden on your testes and may end up stuck with to much contraction and theyll never come down again.
