Weird symptoms.. help?

I'm having these weird symptoms...
My submandibular salivary glands (or the salivary glands under your jaw) have been numb and tingly, and when I touch them or the area around them, they are extremely sensitive and they ache. It gets from dull and achy to sharp and stabbing almost. It radiates from just under my jawline to my jaw.

I've had increased thirst, I just downed 3 20 oz bottles of water in 30 minutes.

I've had increased salivation and frequent and increased urination...

This has been going on ever since yesterday, it has not progressed to other areas, gotten worse, or better... Though I am coughing a little... What's going on? and no stupid answers like LOL SWINE FLU. :/

Yes I brush my teeth every day, I've been cutting down on the sweets, sodas, and all things sugary because I'm trying to lose weight.
The swollen glands aren't noticable, I don't have "chipmunk cheeks" and I'm eating normally. I don't have a fever or any headache, and I got the MMR vaccine years ago.

You could have a blockage of the salivary glands, but you should get checked out by a doctor.
