I have a spot on my foot I just found today. It's about the size of a quarter, maybe a little bigger. It's brown and has scab-colored spots in the middle. It doesn't hurt at all, but it's freaking me out just a bit. I'm on my feet a lot...I'm a teacher and a football coach, so I didn't know if this was something I should be worried about. Any ideas?
