Weird sleeping thing, help? I don't understand.?

There's this mirror on the wall about 5-7 feet away from my bed. Every night before I go to bed I have this weird urge to look up and look at it, then go to bed. If I don't I just have a weird feeling that I can't explain, or can't sleep well, so I always do it.

Does anyone else have something similar to this, or can explain to me why I do it? I have understanding why.

You might have OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) but I wouldn't stress it sounds fairly mild and alot of people get urges to do things. If you are a little worried, perhaps go to the doctor.
