I have two co-workers, one is black the other is white (the black co-worker’s supervisor). The white co-worker does all she can to avoid contact with the black co-worker because of racism; she does this by asking me to be a lesion between the two. First question is what should I do to make my discomfort with this known? At a company picnic the white co-worker’s daughter ran into the middle of street and was hit by a car while the black co-worker watched. When asked by the police why she did not attempt to save the white co-workers daughter she replied, she wanted to help but was scared her supervisor would blame her for the accident thus putting her job in jeopardy. Secondary question, what do you think about this?
