So pretty much since ive had a period it has always come on time, maybe a few days here and there but usually spot on. Dont know why but in September I started traking my period, and it was literally coming every 28 days until December, it came 6 days late, very odd for me.
Whats even more odd is I had no cramps (I have always had verrrry painful cramps with my period) and it only lated about 4 days (also odd) and lighter then usual.
I brushed it off as a wonky period and went on with my life. Then 2 weeks later after I went to the bathroom I noticed a little bit of brown discharge on my panties, grossed me out, and then when I wiped there was a little bit of pink on the toilet paper, this continued for about 4 days, maybe five. After the third day I went to the doctor because I was worried it was an infection or something, told her everything and she made me take a pee test for pregnancy, came up negative, and she took a swab for a few tests to make sure everything was ok.
My next period (counting from when my wonky one came) should have come on the 26th, it didnt. So this Monday (the 31st) at about 7pm I took a HPT again came up negative. So now I was really worried something was wrong with me.
Throughout this whole month I have been feeling weird, like something was off. I had a few beers the other day and got a huge rush of tiredness, really odd for me as well. Just havent been feeling right, no pms, no nothing.
Then yesterday I felt a weird sharp twingey feeling on my lower abdomen, looks like where my ovaries should be, was on and off all day.
Now today I have been feeling a little crampy, but different then period cramps and really low in the centre of my abdomen by the pelvic bone, also has a feeling of full down in that area too. Earlier when I got up from a sitting position I almsot felt a pull like feeling, its subsided a bit for now, its still there though just duller.
Also today the doctor called and told me all tests came back negative, no infections completely healthy.
Is it possible im pregnant and the pee tests arent picking up the hormones? I also took the HPT at night, and I was told after that my pee could have been diluted by then to give me a false negative? Any Ideas?
