weird sharp/tight pain?

It feels like it's my right ovarie. Everytiem i get up or sit down a sharp pain shoots out of no where. I'm not calling it pregnancy cuzz i use condoms. What could it be?
It's ONLY the right side. The left side feels fine.
im 18 btw.....
