weird relationship? what do you think?

ok so i met this lady and her younger sister had a kid by her ex's son.
the lady also has a kid by her ex. so that makes their kids cousins and the girl is the also the boy's aunt. even though they're not blood related is still creeped me out a little bit. do you think this is weird?
