Weird rash that itches & is spreading..?

I noticed this rash about a week ago. I woke up with it after spending the night at a friends house & also after having sex with my boyfriend the night before (i dont know if it has something to do with that). When i first noticed it it looked like scratches, 5 little scratches on my inner thy forming a circle. Lately it has spread, and changed. It has gotten puffy around the scratch marks, pink and puffy. Last night it spread to my other leg, on the inside of my thy, but it just looks like little pink bumps. This rash itches very bad.

does anyone have any idea what this could be?
i have done my best at describing it, but if you think you might know i could give more details. please help, im nervous. thanks.
 
The bed you were in might have had bed bugs or fleas that bit you, or it could be something more serious. U might want to go to the Dr. and have it checked out to make sure it doesn't spread. In the mean time, take some benedril for the itch. Good Luck! Sorry to hear that. :)
