I have this bumpy super itchy rash on the inside of my left arm, just above my elbow. The weird part is that my brother and my mother both have the rash, in the exact same place. I'm kind of worried because last night I put this eczema cream on the rash and wore a short sleeved t-shirt, that didn't cover the rash. This morning some of the little bumps kind of opened and this orangey clear liquid is there. Do you know what it could be?
Weird rash in left arm? Please help.?
