Weird question, but this is bothering me soooo....... ?

Okays, you know when something is bothering because you don’t know what you want to know, but you still cant figure it out? Lol Well I have that problem at the moment! You know how on the movies when the bad guys kidnap the unsuspecting people and they jump out of their creep-o vans and inject them with something with a syringe, most the time in the neck, and then they just go limp? What is it? It really bothers me that I can find it. I googled it and everything! Lol Well anyway, I was just watching a movie and I would really like to know what that is! I mean, really?? If that really happened, would the person that was being drugged really go unconscious that fast? And how long would they stay unconscious? And what would the side effects be and how long would they last? Lol Please help! This is bothering the crud out of me!
