i read in a page about what a body can't do, it says that a person can't tickle him self... bcz like the part of the brain that produces the reaction will know what's coming up next and and will cancel the tickle sensation...
"It's well known that you can't tickle yourself," said Randy Flanagan, one of the study's authors. "One explanation is that since all the sensations are completely predictable, we do 'sensory attenuation,' which reduces our touch perception."

then i thought can't it be applied too for masturbation? why should it be different if knowing we're about to tickle ourselves reduces our perception of the feeling? If that's true shouldn't it work the same for any type of self-touching like masturbation? Perhaps I'm just not fully grasping the concept.
i'm a girl and i never felt the urge to masturbate, so i never did. and thinking about it, i kinda feel it's useless because i really feel there should be someone there doing it in order for a girl to feel pleasure
