Ok, I know this sounds weird, but my husband used to be in the Marines and one of the things he always did to keep me in line was put me in a headlock and say that he could easily snap my neck. Well, he is currently in jail. I didn't try to "put him there" like he thinks, but I couldn't keep taking the beatings, either, because I have kids and I was scared for them. Anyway, he won't be in jail forever and I am so scared he is going to find me and snap my neck.
Two questions:
1. Is there any kind of self defense tactic that could help me, or is it pointless? He is 38 and very strong.
2. Is this technique foolproof-- meaning, if he does do it, will I die and be out of my misery, or could I end up paralyzed? (which I almost think would be worse than dying.)
