diarrhea, is there a connection between the 2, like i feel the need to go but like nothing comes out. and the pushing kinda hurts feels like maybe hemorrhoids? idk what that feels like but im guessing if i had that, maybe this is what it feels like. but still it feels really intense and hurts a lot. my baby hasnt dropped so he can't be coming....i don't think. i cant still feel the baby moving about in my stomach even tho he's low
