Weird Pulse Readings

I have been getting weird pulse readings as of late. I have probably always had it but my recent stress has made me notice it. While resting in a comfortable bed my pulse is between 60-70. While sitting in a comfortable couch my pulse is 70-85. While sitting in a hard uncomfortable couch my pulse is 90-105. And While standing up it goes up to 110-120. IDK if there's something wrong? That's basically a double increase from lying down to standing up. I have had a CT recently for chest pain related to back problems and they said my thyroids are normal; and everything else is as well. I have had a couple readings for high blood pressure but have recently learned it's from White Coat Syndrome. Whenever I see the cuff in a doctors hands my anxiety goes way up and it's weird to understand but I just dont seem to breathe right when the cuff is on. At home it is normal and recently all my test at the clinic were normal. I am in pretty good shape even though I hardly exercise. I just want to know if this is a normal occurence or should I look more into this with my doctor?
