Weird palm reading? &pregnancy?

im 4 weeks late on my period now, the second missed one would start tomorrow..and at 4 days late i had a positive hpt followed by negatives,a faint + and more negatives:/ but since then i have not had my period, any bleeding at all, creamy discharge sore breasts, nausea and some light cramping, right now id be like 7 weeks pregnant..

but tonight i was at my cousins b-day party, and this lady who reads palms was there and wanted to read mine so of course im like okay? haha and the first thing she said was your pregnant?..
you know youve been pregnant the whole time?... so even though i had all the negatives and no period.. am i pregnant?
 
do another test i kno of ppl hu hav been told by physics dat dey wer pregnant nd dey wer at 7 weeks u wud def gt a clear test i gt positive at 4 nd ut came up ryt away we cnt tell u uf u r or not… u shud do a test nd thn head to d doc either way to confirm the test neg or pos?! go with your gut good luck
