well, when ever i move my arm a certain way i get this poking like pain (inside) of my arm. there are no marks and its not a certain movement except its only when my arm is lowered. its like there is something inside of my arm doing this. cus i have no marks. its not a bad pain. unlike anything i have ever had. and i have no idea what it is. can ya help me out.? what could it be?
