My pet rat since Friday morning has been making weird noises from her nose like her nose is blocked, apart from this she is perfectly healthy, her eyes are bright, she is energetic, she is bruxing, eating drinking etc she is acting like her normal self. The noise sometimes going like a high pitched squeaking.
I wanted to know what is wrong with her?
Is it dangerous?
How can it be cured?

I don't use sawdust I use wooden pellets and they don't have dust or anything.
Right now I'm feeling scared she is being really calm and she is usually really hyper, she is only 1 she has never been ill before, except once she bleed from underneath.
I have read about respitory disease and it says the rat usually has a wet nose but my rat doesn't
