So my 2007 V6 Ford Mustang started to make this squeaking/creaking/scraping noise a few days ago. I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but it was raining when it started. The intensity and rapidness increases as more pressure is applied to the accelerator. It sounds like its coming from the direction of the alternator. I checked the exhaust manifold bolts and those are fine. It isn't terribly loud but it is noticeable and it when the radio is not on, it is noticeable from inside the car. Any ideas on what it might be? Thanks in advance!
