Weird Nicknames... WORTH 10 POINTS?

Nicknames. I'm prettyyy sure we all have them, whether they come from your family or your friends. And most of the time, if they don't come from your name itself, it's something weird that other people wouldn't understand unless you explained it to them.
Hale'iwa is one of mine, and so is Pequeña, Rapunzel, etc, among many, many others. I also have tons for my friends-if you looked through my cell you'd probably WTF.



What are some of your nicknames? How did you get them, and do they have to do with your name itself or something silly you do? Explain! (:

I once had the nickname Brunhilde because I took German, was in the German club and the drama club (lead by the German teacher). At the time, the name just irritated me, so it stuck. I laugh at it now.

I also had the nickname Fred, which came from my other personality (you know, multiple personalities...) The name started when Fred took over and actually stuck long after she left. Because of the origin of this name, I am attached to this one more than any other nickname I've had my entire life.
 
i nicknamed my son MAMA BUG. i think it came from he being so small and big at the same time cause he was a big baby and because from day 1 i havent been left alone, he even follows me to the bathroom
 
We once gave this co-worker the nickname of "Ruggy" because his toupe kept slipping down the back of his head!! LOL!
Then, there was Larry Holland, AKA "Hairy Bottom!" LOL!
(you ain't right... postin' this question! LOL!LOL!)
